New Manufacturing and HQ office accommodation. The project involved site acquisition on behalf of the client, and project management of a negotiated construction contract to very strict deadlines.

Subsequently the client entrusted the renegotiation with an Institutional landlord of a lease on their Eastern Regional HQ facility to our principal. This resulted in the funding and construction of 4000m2 of additional new accommodation at a lower pro rata Rental.

Site acquisition and negotiating with a financial Institution for the subsequent funding and lease of new premises for a Major Ceramics manufacturer.

The premises subsequently were given a Major Design Award.

Project involved a site search and introduction to a contractor able to provide an extremely accelerated and technically complex programme within strict deadlines. Client has requested no photographs.
