East of England £13 million Portfolio In 2002 / 3 we introduced a portfolio of let industrial properties to an
investor client, and subsequently assisted in its acquisition through a special
purpose company set up in partnership with a Major Merchant Bank . The portfolio
consisted of over 15 properties spread throughout Eastern England, occupied by a Leading Utility Company.
